Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care while adhering to current standards of nursing practices and policies.
The ideal candidate will have current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, demonstrated nursing skills, knowledge, and ability relevant to an outpatient and/or acute hospital setting, and proven clinical problem-solving skills.
You will participate in a seven-day rotating roster including public holidays and night duty, working collaboratively with healthcare professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive patient care, assessing their physical and emotional needs, and developing individualized care plans.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, medical histories, and treatment outcomes.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
About You
* Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
* Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
* Proven experience in an outpatient and/or acute hospital setting.
* Strong clinical problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
