Your new company
A leading not-for-profit organisation is seeking a compassionate and experienced Manager of Community Services to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering culturally responsive, person-centred support across remote and regional communities.
This organisation partners with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families living with neurological conditions, guided by a two-way model that blends western and traditional cultural knowledge. Their approach honours culture, community, and connection-placing families at the heart of everything they do.
This role offers the chance to help shape the next chapter of service delivery, working alongside a passionate and well-supported team.
Your new role

* Lead and support a multidisciplinary team delivering holistic, culturally grounded services
* Oversee operational quality, compliance, and risk management
* Mentor and develop frontline staff and emerging leaders
* Support NDIS planning, service agreements, and documentation systems
* Collaborate across programs to ensure integrated care

* Tertiary qualification in Community Services, Health, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* Experience leading staff within the NDIS or community services sector
* Strong capability in compliance, risk management, and quality systems
* Experience working alongside Aboriginal communities
* Remote work experience (desirable)
