About the Role
As a Care Worker supporting clients in the City of Brimbank and surrounds, you will be part of our Baptcare At Home team that provides quality complex care and support to our clients in their own homes. You may assist with a range of tasks pertaining to household cleaning, showering, dressing, food preparation, continence support, medication assistance and transport to name a few. You will also develop genuine connections with your clients and help them live their best possible lives.

Qualifications
* Unrestricted Australian Driver Licence and reliable vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage Insurance
* Strong communicator with resilience and patience
* Proficient user of smartphone technology, apps and email
