The Role
Reporting directly to senior management, the Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of multiple façade projects from award to completion.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Managing all aspects of commercial window, cladding, and shroud projects
* Coordinating and leading tradesmen, glaziers, and subcontractors
* Liaising with architects, builders, and clients to ensure delivery to specification
* Reading and interpreting drawings, identifying issues, and implementing solutions
* Monitoring budgets, schedules, and quality standards to ensure on-time, on-budget completion
* Managing site safety and compliance, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
Requirements
The Ideal Candidate Will Bring
* Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial project management within the façade, glazing, or cladding industries
* Strong understanding of windows, aluminium fabrication, and façade systems
* Proven ability to read plans and specifications with high attention to detail
* Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills
* Solid organisational and IT capabilities (experience with CAD advantageous but not essential)
* Relevant trade or construction management qualifications
* Valid driver's licence
