CRM Marketing Manager (12-month parental leave cover) – ING Australia. We’re looking for an experienced CRM Marketing Manager with solid data fluency and a solid background in banking to join our Marketing team for a 12-month parental leave cover. What you’ll do
Lead integrated marketing campaigns
across digital and traditional channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Develop product, customer, and channel strategies
in collaboration with cross-functional teams including Product, Brand, and Customer Intelligence. Manage campaign budgets and external agencies, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, on-brand communications. Use data and analytics
to measure campaign performance, optimise marketing effectiveness, and inform strategic decisions. Drive customer segmentation and personalisation, leveraging insights to tailor messaging and improve customer experience. Own key marketing projects and initiatives, contributing to ING’s goal of becoming Australia’s most loved digital bank. What we’re looking for
Proven experience in financial services marketing, with a solid understanding of retail banking and customer portfolio dynamics. Strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills, capable of leading integrated campaigns and managing cross-functional projects. Data-driven decision maker, fluent in customer analytics, segmentation, and personalisation strategies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence and collaborate across diverse teams. Creative and customer-focused, with a passion for delivering engaging, on-brand marketing communications. Agile and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and evolving business needs. What’s in it for you?
