What You’ll Be Responsible For

* Maintain high standards across quality, cleanliness, safety and presentation

* Manage labour costs, COGS and venue profitability
* Analyse performance and identify opportunities for growth
* Take ownership of venue results and business outcomes
* Build meaningful local relationships around Orion Plaza
* Support community initiatives, partnerships and events
* Help grow brand awareness and create lasting guest connections

Who You’re A Good Fit For
* Leadership experience in hospitality, retail or another fast‑paced customer‑focused environment
* Strong financial acumen, including labour management, budgets, COGS and P&L responsibility
