* Collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, including Allied Health and Nursing staff

Requirements
* A bachelor degree in Social Work or related field that meets Australian Association of Social Workers membership eligibility
* An unrestricted NSW Drivers Licence with willingness to visit clients across the Lower Mid North Coast of NSW
