Home Migration Services is a well-established migration firm in Perth. We are now seeking a highly motivated Receptionist to join our team located in East Perth.
Role Summary
This role supports a busy team, managing reception and assisting in providing our high standard of visa and migration legal services by completing various administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
* Greeting clients at reception
* Calling clients and booking appointments
* Working with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
* Issuing invoices and receipts in Xero
* Collecting and verifying payments
* Scanning documents as needed
* Preparing daily contracts through Pandadoc
* Paying bills
* Assisting the accountant with cash flow
* Using Leap software – training will be provided
* Using Monday.com – training will be provided
Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years experience as Receptionist or Admin Assistant
* Strong work ethic
* Attention to detail
* Fluency in a second language is a bonus
Working Hours
This is a full‐time position; applicants with the correct type of visa will be considered. Standard working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
