About the role:
Reporting directly to the Curtis Electrical Site Supervisor. You will:
* Carry out repairs, maintenance and installation activities on infrastructure such as, motors, transformers, substations, starter panels, distribution boards, communications, lighting, and other electrical systems
* Studying, drawings, specifications, and work orders to determine work requirement and sequence of repairs and or installations
* Assist with shutdown execution
* Follow all site safety rules and instructions actively participating in meetings as required
* Complete all safety documentation and associated permits to a high standard
* Complete all Curtis Electrical electronic job notes and test sheets on SimPro to a high standard.

The successful candidate must have prior to commencement:
* Current A grade Electrical License
* High Risk License including EWP
* Working at Heights Certification
* Current driver's license
* Australian citizen or resident with full rights to work in Australia
* Be drug and alcohol free and be able to pass pre-employment and ongoing random drug and alcohol testing.
Desirable:
* EHAA - Installation & maintenance (Electrical equipment in Hazardous areas)
* Instrumentation / tubing installation experience or certification
* Experience in fault finding and inspections on fixed plant equipment
* Experience in preventative and breakdown maintenance on fixed plant equipment
* Experience with scheduling job systems such as SimPro or SAP
Location and Details
Tronox Pigment Plant, Kwinana Beach - The successful candidate must be willing to travel daily to and from site in their own transport. A $50 travel allowance is paid weekly.
9 day fortnight roster / 9 hour days but may have patches of 10-12hr days + Saturdays throughout the year.
