A leading national law firm is looking to appoint a Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join its high‐performing Workplace Relations & Safety team in Melbourne.

The Opportunity
You'll work closely with highly regarded senior lawyers on a broad mix of workplace relations, employment, and safety matters. The team acts for a diverse client base, including corporates, insurers, and government bodies.
* Industrial relations and enterprise bargaining
* Workplace health & safety matters and regulatory compliance
* Employment disputes, including unfair dismissal and general protections
* Workplace investigations
* Advisory work across employment aspects of commercial transactions
You'll have the opportunity to run your own matters while also collaborating on larger, complex files.
About You
* 5+ years' post‐admission experience (flexible for the right candidate)
* Solid experience in employment, industrial relations, and/or safety law
* Ability to manage both contentious and non‐contentious matters
* Commercially minded with strong problem‐solving skills and attention to detail
* Confident communicator with solid drafting ability
* For more senior candidates: an interest in mentoring and developing junior lawyers
