Job Overview
GP position on the Mornington Peninsula seeking a qualified GP who loves caring for older patients.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care to a longitudinal patient base of older adults, including chronic disease management, health assessments, and medication management.
Work full time Mon‐Fri 9am‐5pm; part time may be considered.
Qualifications
* Qualified as a General Practitioner (VR GP).
* Experience or interest in caring for older adults desirable.
Work Environment
* Best Practice electronic health record software.
* Dedicated nursing support for chronic disease management and health assessments.
* District Health Plan Level DPA MM1 location.
