Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Partnerships Development Manager to lead our referral partnerships across various channels, connecting more customers with our expanding health services offering.
This role requires a commercially-minded business development professional who can drive sales growth, build and maintain strong relationships, and implement effective referral initiatives.
About the Role:
In this dynamic position, you will be accountable for driving referral partnerships that deliver sales growth across multiple channels. You will work closely with practice managers, medical professionals, store leaders, and regional managers to support our connected care strategy.
You will have direct accountability for managing referral targets and performance, ensuring growth and engagement are achieved. Additionally, you will design and manage incentive programs to drive referrals and strengthen partner engagement.
Requirements:
* Degree qualified or equivalent business qualifications
* Relationship management experience across the healthcare sector
* Strong computer literacy and intermediate experience in Microsoft Office suite
* Demonstrated success in relationship management and driving growth outcomes with external partners
