Are you a highly experienced EA/PA, administrator or bookkeeper with a solid background in the building industry? We're looking for someone who's not only detail-oriented and hands-on,, experience and efficiency – someone who gets things done and knows how to run the back-end of a building business like a well-oiled machine.
This is not your average admin role – it's for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is confident taking the lead, and can juggle multiple moving parts from purchase orders to scheduling and quoting, with finesse.

Key Responsibilities:
· Provide expensive in EA/PA support to the Project manager/supervisor
· Experience in administration and bookkeeping functions with a focus on accuracy and structure
· Manage and streamline purchase orders, job scheduling, and quoting processes
· Assist in developing, documenting, and implementing systems and procedures across the business
· Handle council applications and liaise with stakeholders for compliance and approvals
· Engage with clients for feedback, follow-ups, and relationship management
· Assist with accounts payable/receivable, debtors and creditor reconciliation
· Use tools like Xero and Excel to maintain financial records and job tracking

What You Bring:
· Proven experience in a hands-on admin or EA/PA role within the residential or commercial building industry
· Minimum 1-2 years of building industry experience in administration or EA/PA capacity
· A high level of organisation and the ability to take ownership of office operations
· Strong understanding of purchase orders, quoting, scheduling, and financial workflows
· Ability to improve systems and drive operational efficiency
· Good working knowledge of Xero and Excel
· Advanced Xero proficiency including reconciliation and financial management capabilities
· Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with councils, trades, clients, and suppliers
