Monday to Friday, this role will see you manage compliance across both sales and broader business operations. You will ensure adherence to AML/CTF obligations, Fair Trading requirements, privacy legislation and internal policies, while acting as the trusted go-to compliance officer for the team.
* Maintain registers and documentation for reporting
* Oversee compliance with privacy legislation and data protection
* Conduct file reviews and audits, and identify risks and solutions
* Ensure systems and technology meet regulatory requirements
* Deliver and coordinate compliance and training
* Support licensing, CPD, and regulatory requirements for all staff
* Provide regular legislative updates to the business
* Support staff with AML best practices and reporting
