Responsibilities
* Install and commission environmental monitoring systems with precision and excellence.
* Perform routine and non-routine maintenance, ensuring peak performance.
* Troubleshoot technical issues both on-site and remotely, using your expertise to solve problems efficiently.
* Build long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted partner and advisor.
* Train customers to operate our systems confidently and effectively.
* Maintain detailed and accurate project documentation.
* Contribute to our safety-first culture and uphold the highest standards.
Qualifications
* A background in electronics, instrumentation, or a scientific discipline (Bachelor's degree, diploma, or trade certification).
* Ideally, previous experience with environmental monitoring instrumentation.
* Strong technical troubleshooting skills and a proactive problem-solving approach.
* Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities.
* A passion for outdoor work and tackling challenges in diverse environments.
* Meticulous attention to detail and diligent record-keeping skills.
* Hands-on mechanical skills.
