Drive Business Growth as a Strategic Sales Professional

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading business growth through prospecting and cultivating new business pipelines. Your expertise in pipeline generation, sales pipeline management, and accurate forecasting will drive our organization forward.
Key Responsibilities:
* Pipeline generation and optimization
* Spearheading business growth through prospecting and cultivating new business pipelines
* Developing and managing sales pipeline & accurate forecast through the CRM system
* Building multi-threaded strategic relationships within assigned accounts
* Coordinating resources to support pre & post-sale experience, professional services, and technical account team
* Keeping abreast of competition, competitive issues, and products
* Developing and presenting executive-level presentations to new and existing customers
Requirements:
* Team environment and positive contribution to culture
* Ambitious and driven individual creating new business opportunities
* Effective communication, interpersonal skills, motivation, and results orientation
* Negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills
* At least 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience in Enterprise space and DevOps
* Experience managing existing and new customers
* Excellent communication with management, customers, and partners
* Track record of quota attainment
* Business development background and experience opening new logos
* MEDDPICC, salesforce, and storytelling techniques to solve customer problems
