Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Project Coordinator. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To manage remediation projects from initial setup through to completion with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
2. To oversee compliance with health, safety, environment, quality (HSECQ) requirements, including review of documentation and attendance at regular meetings.
3. To control costs and ensure the smooth operation of projects, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes where necessary.
4. To coordinate direct labour and subcontractors, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
5. To provide regular project progress reports and conduct weekly meetings to discuss ongoing work and goals.
6. To offer advice on technical and engineering issues, providing solutions to complex problems.
7. To liaise closely with clients to ensure projects are delivered within program timelines and to their satisfaction.
8. To contribute to tendering and estimation processes, developing effective strategies to secure new business.
9. To create, modify, and implement integrated toolboxes (ITPs) and site work method statements (SWMS), ensuring alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.
10. To identify and address any discrepancies or issues arising during project execution.
11. To facilitate communication among team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders, promoting a culture of collaboration and open communication.
12. To stay adaptable in a fast-paced live site environment, resolving conflicts and managing stakeholder expectations effectively.
