The role will include but not limited to.
Greeting customers for over-the-counter spare parts sales,
Sourcing and ordering parts and accessories
Answering incoming phone calls.
The successful applicant will:
Interpret customer's parts and accessory requirements at the counter and over the phone.
Provide advice regarding parts and accessories to customers.
Source and order parts from suppliers.
Raise purchase orders and prepare quotes and invoices.
Count, reorder and unpack Stock.
Arranging and keeping accessory displays neat and tidy
Requirements:
Experience as a Parts Interpreter would be an advantage but not essential.
Be self-motivated and display initiative and be reliable.
Hold a current Driver's License.
Displays high customer service skills.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Computer literate.
Maintain a neat and tidy appearance in the workplace.
Be Physically fit.
This role is Monday to Friday with Saturday mornings on a rotating roster.
