**OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR**
**The Company**
Based in Aura Business Park in Baringa, Regen Kitchens is a small family business doing kitchen refurbishments and cabinetry upgrades in Brisbane and Sunshine Coast. We also have a cut shop doing all the supply for our own small team, and other small cabinet makers in the same industry. We are a fun friendly team, looking for an energetic and switched-on team player.
**The Role**
You will be required to provide PA and administrative duties to the Director and Office Manager which are a husband and wife team. Small and relaxed office environment.
**Your duties include**
- Calendar Management
- General office administrative tasks
- Answering and returning phone calls
- Providing admin support to team (typing / filing, copying, scanning etc)
- Other ad hoc requirements
- Posting on social media
- Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers
- Preparing quotes and invoices
**This role requires**:
- A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to learn new programs and skills quickly and accurately
- A positive and flexible attitude with the ability to prioritise and manage own time
- Friendly and Approachable attitude
- Problem Solving Skills
- Willingness to listen, follow instructions, and learn as you go
- Basic social media knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously
**Please Note**:This is NOT a work-from-home position, you will be required to work from the office in Aura Business Park, Baringa.
**Job Type**: Casual
**Salary**: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
