Overview
The Opportunity: Kent is seeking an experienced Offshore Desktop Support Technician to join our team during the hook-up and commissioning of a new offshore asset. This FIFO role offers hands-on IT support across desktop systems, applications, and hardware, acting as the first point of contact for technical issues. You'll provide frontline troubleshooting, escalate complex matters, and collaborate with our Digital Services team to drive system improvements. A background in enterprise IT support and ideally oil & gas experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
* Deliver hands-on support for desktop systems and peripheral devices, resolving incidents and technical issues.
* Escalate and follow up on advanced problems requiring specialist intervention.
* Provide basic user training to help staff troubleshoot common IT issues.
* Collaborate with the Digital Services team to implement system upgrades and performance improvements.
