About the Role:
Due to business growth, an opportunity has come available for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Professional (white-collar) division covering temporary, contract and permanent positions across various industry sectors, including Mining/Resources, Construction, Civil Construction, Manufacturing, Professional Services and Engineering. This is a 360 position where you will manage the entire recruitment cycle from initial taking of job requirements to successfully candidate placement.
Key responsibilities and duties include:
* Development of new business and establishing strong client relationships within the Professional (white-collar) division.
* Provide clients with a complete service - Offering temporary, contract and permanent staffing and recruitment solutions.
* Networking, client development, negotiating terms of business, contracts, and rates.
* Manage your own desk with a 360 focus including end to end recruitment covering attraction and sourcing strategies, interviewing, on-boarding and general candidate management.
* Writing job adverts and managing incoming applicants.
* Screening, interviewing, and referencing candidates.
* Submission of suitable candidates to various white-collar vacancies.
* Manage the mobilisation process - Arranging medicals, issuing PPE, organising training etc.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritising your workload on daily basis to meet clients needs.
What we are looking for in you:
* Previous experience gained in the recruitment industry, ideally within the Professional (white-collar) discipline or experience within a sales environment.
* Positive can-do attitude with excellent communications skills.
* Excellent sales and account management skills.
* Self-motivated and resilient.
* High attention to detail.
* Strong prioritising and organisational skills.
* Strong Microsoft Office experience - Word, Excel, Outlook.
