In addition to base salary, all roles attract 12% Superannuation + Salary Packaging + Flexible Working (subject to approval).

* Renal & chronic disease expertise — demonstrated experience in clinical Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy, particularly within Renal Dialysis, Pre‐Dialysis, and Chronic Disease Management settings.
* Passion for patient care — genuine commitment to improving patient outcomes and supporting long‐term wellbeing.
* Strong attention to detail — skilled in data collection, outcome measurement, and using evidence to guide and demonstrate impact.
* Service evaluation experience — confident in evaluating services and contributing to continuous improvement.
* Flexible work options — job‐share arrangements may be considered for the right candidates.
Selection Criteria
* Physiotherapy Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or must hold a bachelor or postgraduate degree in Exercise Physiology or equivalent that provides eligibility for full membership with Exercise and Sport Science Australia (ESSA).
* Please outline your relevant skills and experience in providing services – including assessment and exercise prescription to the Renal and Chronic Conditions populations.
* Please describe your experience with service development and evaluation and provide relevant examples if appropriate.
