About You
Are you a positive, motivated, and driven individual who excels at building relationships? If you enjoy working with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions, we'd love to hear from you! While industry experience is preferred, it's not essential—our primary focus is on delivering outstanding customer service. Teamwork is at the heart of our VIC Branch, and we're looking for someone with a can-do attitude to complement and enhance our passionate sales team.
About the role
In this role, you will assist customers both in person and over the phone, becoming a valued member of a friendly and professional team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. In return, you'll benefit from ongoing product training and have the opportunity to engage in professional development programs.
**Skills and Experiences**:
To be successful in the role, you will possess
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in the industry working with a locksmith, lock manufacturer, supplier or wholesale distributor is desirable.
- A good telephone manner demonstrated patience with customers and the ability to understand problems communicated by telephone and the capacity to clearly articulate solutions by phone to customers who may have mínimal levels of computer literacy.
- Excellent personal presentation skills - grooming, voice, and confidence.
- Good communication skills and the patience to listen and understand customer's needs.
- Competent keyboard and computer skills.
- Able to demonstrate a commitment to the highest level of customer service.
- Has demonstrated ability to organise their own time efficiently and is able to work to deadlines and established targets.
