They aim to help clients maintain beautiful, thriving gardens that enhance both their properties and the local environment.About the roleDue to ongoing growth, this newly created Zone Manager role requires a highly organised, proactive individual to lead operations and support business expansion.Responsible for a team of gardeners across the zone from Stirling to Bullsbrook, it is essential the Zone Manager lives in Perth’s North-East to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. The role requires strategic thinking, strong operational skills, and the ability to effectively engage with both clients and staff.Based from your home office, this dynamic, hands-on leadership role involves regular client site visits and on-site support and training for gardening teams.Working Monday to Friday with Saturday mornings, you must be fully available between 7:30am – 4:00pm weekdays and 7:30am – 12:00pm Saturdays, with no conflicting commitments, to ensure reliable support to your team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage gardening teams to ensure productivity, quality, and complianceManage scheduling, invoicing, timesheets, and database accuracyDrive sales through quoting, client visits, lead follow-up, and local marketingRecruit, onboard, train, and support staff with regular communication and performance managementOversee operational management, including vehicle and tool maintenance, financial tracking, and reportingMaintain client satisfaction through prompt communication, issue resolution, and feedback follow-upAbout youTo be considered, you will have proven experience with managing teams, including supervising staff across multiple sites, providing leadership and training, and driving team performance to meet operational goals.You will have a genuine passion and knowledge of gardening services, proven experience in driving sales and be a strong team player.
