Key Responsibilities
* Report directly to the Vice Principal – Staff & Operations.
* Strategic design, development and ongoing management of the College timetable to support staffing, curriculum and organisational needs.
* Oversee operational functions of the College, ensuring smooth and efficient day‐to‐day running of school programmes and activities.
* Collaborate with the College Operations Team and relevant staff to coordinate and execute all College operations and events.
* Maintain strict confidentiality while managing complex logistical demands.
* Promote and uphold the Catholic values of the College and present a positive and appropriate public profile.
* Actively participate in the implementation of the College vision, mission and motto "Live Fully, Act Justly."
Qualifications & Skills
* Highly organised and proactive leadership experience.
* Strong problem‐solving capability.
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex logistical demands with meticulous attention to detail.
* Right to live and work in Australia.
