The role of the Administration Support Officer is pivotal in the Regional Logistics Distribution Centre operations, providing comprehensive administrative services including procurement, supply chain management, contract administration, linen services, customer support, and governance assistance.
This part-time position requires a high-calibre administrative professional to deliver exceptional attention to detail and customer service standards while maintaining the smooth operation of procurement, contracts, and logistics functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver administrative and coordination support to the RLDC management team
* Maintain exceptional attention to detail and customer service standards
* Operate purchasing software programs (Oracle Supply) and Accounts Payable software
* Relate, build, and maintain rapport with a wide variety of people and professionals in public health
Requirements
* Well-developed skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Ability to learn and operate purchasing software programs (Oracle Supply) and Accounts Payable software
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Good understanding of administration tasks
