Overview
One Key Resources, working in partnership with TerraCom, are looking to recruit an additional production fleet and require a complete 4 crew roster, incorporating the full range of mobile plant operators. Multiple, permanent roles exist for experienced Multi-Skilled Operators to support a large-scale coal mining operation at Blair Athol Mine located about 20 minutes from the family-friendly township of Clermont in Central Queensland, within easy driving distance of Emerald and nearby coastal communities.

Responsibilities
* Operate modern, well-maintained heavy mobile equipment in a safe and efficient manner as part of a structured crew.
* Contribute to meeting production targets while maintaining high safety standards and a positive, team-focused culture.
* Support ramp-up operations with exposure to a diverse fleet and opportunities to expand skills.
Requirements
* Minimum of 12 months Production Mining experience operating.
* SSE signed training transcripts.
* Current Driver's Licence.
* Full Australian working rights.
* Multiskilled Experience: Multiskilled operators cover a combination of dozer, water cart, grader and other ancillary duties.
* Proven experience operating Haul Trucks, along with one or more of the following equipment: Dozer (Cat D10 T/ D11T with GPS systems), Grader (16 / 24), Loader (988 / 990), Scraper (621 / 637 / 657), Water Truck (777 / 785), Excavator (EX, EX & L), Ancillary equipment (e.g. skid steer, small excavators).
