Key ResponsibilitiesAct as an expert supporting the accuracy of Fixed Income instrument, Index Funds, security, holdings, liquidity, and cash balances data across assigned portfolios.Collaborate directly and cultivate relationships with Fixed Income portfolio managers on daily support, implementation of complex portfolio events, providing operational insights and risk considerations.Cultivate and maintain strong strategic relationships with other key stakeholders. Partner across the local and global teams to resolve operational and service issues.Perform complex reconciliations and root cause analysis of data discrepancies; implement short‐term resolutions and suggest long‐term improvements.Proactively identify and implement enhancements to workflows and procedures; lead initiatives to integrate or optimize systems and tools.Consult on operational readiness for new products or large portfolio events, lead implementation of complex corporate actions and trading strategies.Maintain strong industry‐wide knowledge of the investment data management and investment operations landscape.Participate in documentation efforts and contribute to special projects with global impact.Qualifications5+ years of experience in Fixed Income investment operations, data management, or other middle-office roles.Undergraduate degree (Accounting/Finance/Data Management preferred) or equivalent combination of training and experience. CFA/MBA (completed or in progress) preferred.Strong understanding of index‐based investing, trade lifecycle, and IBOR.Experience with SQL, Excel, or business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI).Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and lead cross‐functional initiatives.Detail oriented with a high level of energy. Proven self‐starter with ability to work independently and within teams.Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients and stakeholders at all levels in the organization.
