Our client is a well-regarded law firm with a collaborative and high-performing culture. They are currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team on an initial 3–6 month contract. This opportunity will suit someone who enjoys proactive recruitment and partnering closely with stakeholders, while also contributing to broader Talent Acquisition initiatives across sourcing strategy, talent pooling, employer branding, and process improvement.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition leadership team, this role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across a variety of legal roles while supporting the wider Talent Acquisition function.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing full recruitment lifecycle activities
* Proactive sourcing and talent mapping using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels
* Building and maintaining talent pools and pipelines
* Partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders
* Supporting employer branding and EVP initiatives
* Assisting with recruitment process improvement and workflow optimisation
* Supporting broader Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives
* Delivering a positive candidate and stakeholder experience
Please note this is a temporary, 3-6 month role with potential for extension.
THE CRITERIA
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
* End-to-end recruitment experience with in legal industry, in-house or agency.
* Strong sourcing and talent pipelining capability
* Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and proactive search methodologies
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
* A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style
