Why You’ll Love this Role: Tailored Caseload: Work across a mixed ages caseload aligned to your interests and scope, with exposure across NDIS, aged care, private and Medicare referrals. Current caseload is largely NDIS, with aged care referrals continuing to grow. Flexible Working: Enjoy flexible start and finish times, the option of a 9 day fortnight or condensed week, and WFH for non-client-facing admin tasks. Strong Clinical Support: Receive supervision with freqency based on your needs from an experienced Senior OT, with fortnightly team meetings, MDT learning opportunities and joint therapy sessions. Manageable Workload: Realistic billables and around 4-5 face-to-face clients per day, depending on whether you are in the clinic or community.
