The Opportunity
This role is responsible for the day to day running of Mine Management Services whilst being the key customer liaison representative on site.
What you'll be responsible for
* Making sure Compliance with sites SHMES systems and leadership with safety.
* Personnel and task management and all relevant Waste management areas.
* Daily allocation of drivers, trucks and management of yard functions.
* Preparation of run-sheets, debriefing drivers and fatigue management.
* Conduct Inductions, training and toolbox talks.
* Compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation.
* Raise purchase orders for all supplied and maintenance repairs as required.
* Timely and accurate reporting of incidents and investigation outcomes.
* Stewardship of cultural change throughout the stream to enhance safety, customer service standard and relations; and optimise and promote exceptional customer service.
What you'll need to be successful
* Ability to lead, develop and mentor workforce.
* HR licence.
* S1, 2 & 3 and G2 required.
* Mine specific induction.
* Coal-board medical.
* Standard 11.
* Strong time management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication.
