Role Description
The Graduate Development Program will build your technical, leadership and behavioural capabilities from day one, giving you a strong platform to support Arcadis' building services projects across transport, social infrastructure, and building design.
Role Accountabilities
As a Graduate Engineer you will support the delivery of complex projects such as hospitals, education facilities, data centres, train stations and precincts. You will work within a multidisciplinary team on the East Coast, gaining exposure to mechanical design, fire protection, hydraulics and integrated building engineering solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
* Graduating in 2026 or have recently completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* A strong interest in engineering design, environmental science, planning, business advisory, sustainability and digital innovation.
* Well‐developed Arcadian capabilities – resilience, creativity, analytical thinking, a growth mindset and the ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders.
* Innovative thinking, self‐motivation and a genuine commitment to taking ownership of your career development.
* Strong communication and presentation skills when working with peers, clients and stakeholders.
