Front Desk Representative
The Front Desk Representative plays a crucial role in facilitating the flow of patient information across the continuum of care. This includes collecting and verifying demographic, insurance, and financial information to ensure accurate and timely processing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Patient Registration: Ensure patients are scheduled, checked in, and checked out efficiently and accurately.
* Data Entry: Accurately collect and enter patient information into Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
* Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
* Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality in all areas, adhering to HIPAA regulations.
Requirements:
* Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
* Skills: Knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office software, excellent written and oral communication skills, and ability to work individually and as part of a team.
