Relationships Australia WA is a leading provider of relationship support services to the West Australian community with professional and highly motivated staff.
About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Officer with a positive attitude to join our professional counselling team at West Leederville and other locations as required. It is a permanent part-time three days per week role: Tuesday 9 – 5pm, Wednesday 12 – 8pm, Friday 9 - 5pm.
Responsibilities
* Being the first point of contact to greet clients and answer incoming calls
* Scheduling appointments
* Invoicing, billing, and receipting payments
* General administrative tasks to assist the smooth running of the counselling site
Qualifications and skills
* Excellent communication skills for face-to-face and phone customer liaison
* Ability to work effectively in a busy environment, handling multiple simultaneous demands with a high level of accuracy
* Computer skills including competent use of Microsoft Office, training will be provided for our booking system
* Ability to work cooperatively within a team and independently as required
* Provide general administrative support within the policies and best practice to ensure the continued delivery of high-quality services
