This contract role is a unique opportunity to shape how the business manages demand, designs services, and communicates during a period of accelerated growth.
Role Purpose
The Change Manager will be responsible for crafting and driving the change strategy across Technology Services delivery. This position plays a critical role in setting up the behavioural, communication, and engagement foundations that will support transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the overarching change and engagement strategy
Design centralised Technology Delivery Services
Create communication plans and support transparent two-way engagement
Develop training, adoption, and capability uplift materials
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement, and feedback cycles
Monitor adoption metrics and embed new ways of working
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Change Manager in large, complex organisations
Strong communication and engagement capability
Experience creating training content and adoption plans
Ability to work across multiple streams of work simultaneously
Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
Familiarity with demand management, service design, or operating model uplift (desirable)
