Job Title:
Campus Support Specialist
The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing front desk reception and general secretarial duties, providing administrative support to teaching and support staff, coordinating daily teacher relief and managing student absentee procedures.
* Manage the campus environment by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
* Coordinating appointments and meetings, including IT setup and minutes
* Supporting the student enrolment process
* Process campus requests (excursions, PD, visits, etc.)
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Experience in a school or similar environment (preferred)
* Confidence using digital systems and managing multiple tasks
* A warm, approachable manner and a commitment to service
