About the Role
Subway is seeking a motivated and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead our team. This full-time position is ideal for a hands‐on leader who thrives in a fast‐paced environment and is committed to maintaining the high standards of the Subway brand. You will be responsible for the total operation of the store, from financial budgeting to team development.
This position is NOT suitable for candidates who require sponsorship to work in Australia. Only applicants with full working rights (Citizens or Permanent Residents) will be considered.

Responsibilities
* Manage day‐to‐day Subway operations, ensuring high service standards and product quality.
* Determine special promotions, manage stock levels, and implement marketing policies.
* Maintain accurate records of stock, manage all financial transactions and store budgeting.
* Collaborate with the head office on business strategy and performance targets.
* Ensure strict compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations.
* Recruit, mentor, and train employees in business standards, policies, and customer service excellence.
* Adapt store operations to market trends, holiday periods, and special events.
Requirements
* At least 2 years of experience as a Fast Food Restaurant Manager and 2 years as a Fast Food Attendant.
* Minimum 2 years of proven people management experience is mandatory.
* Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
* Valid Australian Driver's Licence and a National Police Certificate.
* Current Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
* Demonstrated experience working towards targets and KPIs.
* Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including at least one morning, one night, and one weekend shift.
* Strong computer literacy and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
