Project Coordinator
A key role in ensuring the successful delivery of multiple projects from start to finish.
This position involves working closely with project managers and site teams to guarantee projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet safety standards.
About the Role
* Assisting with project planning, scheduling and documentation management
* Preparing and managing project budgets and cost tracking systems
* Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site logistics operations
* Reviewing drawings, specifications and progress reports for quality assurance
* Maintaining effective communication between clients, stakeholders and internal teams
* Supporting project reporting, compliance and quality control requirements
About You
* Previous experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role within construction is preferred
* A minimum of one year of relevant project coordination experience is required
* Excellent organisational and communication skills with attention to detail
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, WHS regulations and documentation standards
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software applications
* A qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field will be highly regarded
