THE ROLE

This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned sales leader to step into a pivotal position within a premium property development business operating across Southeast Queensland's most sought-after markets.

As Sales Coach/Manager, you will lead a high-performing sales team across multiple concurrent developments driving performance, shaping strategy, and setting the standard for how premium off-the-plan property is sold.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability, and excellence

Drive project sales performance across a portfolio of developments, from launch through to settlement

Manage team KPIs, pipeline reporting, buyer engagement strategies, and overall sales direction

Support the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing professional development of team members

Collaborate closely with directors, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless project delivery

Champion a buyer-first culture underpinned by exceptional customer experience

Contribute to the growth and evolution of the developer's sales platform across future projects

ABOUT YOU

You are an accomplished sales leader with deep roots in the off-the-plan and prestige apartment sector. You lead from the front, earn the respect of your team, and consistently deliver results in competitive markets.

Minimum of 10 years' experience in off-the-plan residential sales, with a demonstrated track record in team leadership required.

Sophisticated understanding of the off-the-plan and prestige apartment market across Southeast Queensland

Self-motivated, strategically minded, and operationally disciplined you think big and execute with precision

Exceptional interpersonal skills and the natural gravitas to command both a room and a result

Genuinely committed to developing talent and elevating those around you

Composed under pressure, with an unwavering standard of professionalism

Current Queensland Real Estate Licence
