About the Role
As our Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in helping the business make smarter decisions through data, reporting, and operational insights.
You'll work closely with leadership to monitor performance across sales, inventory, logistics, and distributor activity, helping identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, systems, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports
* Analyse sales trends, distributor performance, and inventory movement
* Provide reporting insights that support management decision‐making
* Maintain clean and accurate data within the ERP system
* Support improvements to ERP reporting and workflows
* Assist with automation and data process improvements
* Monitor stock performance and inventory turnover
* Identify slow‐moving inventory and stock optimisation opportunities
* Assist with forecasting and supply chain reporting
* Support cross‐departmental initiatives to improve efficiency
Skills & Experience
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Advanced Microsoft Excel capability (pivot tables, data analysis)
* Experience working with ERP systems
* Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly
* Strong organisational and problem‐solving skills
* Bonus: Experience with Power BI or BI tools
* Bonus: Experience in inventory, supply chain or operations analysis
* Bonus: Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline
