* Develop and implement engaging and challenging learning programs that meet the needs of all children.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless and high-quality educational experience for our children.
* Contribute to the ongoing professional development of yourself and your colleagues.
* Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children and staff.
Requirements
* Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services
* Proven experience in Early Childhood Education
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
* Current Working with Children Check
* First Aid certificate
