Role Overview
We're looking for a hospitality superstar who thrives in a fast‐paced environment and genuinely enjoys making someone's day—one cup at a time. You don't need to be a world‐champion barista, but you do need to love coffee, care about quality, and bring positive energy to every shift.
Responsibilities
* Craft consistently delicious coffees with pride, supporting the team across the floor, counter, and service areas.
* Assist in maintaining a high standard of food preparation, production, service, meal distribution, ware‐washing, and cleaning of the hospital service areas in accordance with relevant codes of practice.
* Actively participate in and contribute to the organisation's Quality & Safety and Work Health & Safety processes, including development and implementation of safety systems, improvement initiatives, safeguarding practices for vulnerable people, and related training.
* Responsible for cleaning and sanitising all kitchen equipment, utensils, floors, and walls as directed by relevant supervisors and in accordance with relevant guidelines.
* Bring enthusiasm, reliability, and a can‐do attitude.
Appointment Details
* Permanent full‐time shift worker (fully rotational), working up to 76 hours per fortnight.
* Shift work with early morning starts, including a combination of weekdays and weekends.
* Hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
* Commencing as soon as possible.
Salary
$59,668 - $65,185 per annum. Includes 12% superannuation contribution on top of salary.
