About the Role
Showroom Sales Consultants, known as 'Retail Consultant', are part of the Bathroom Life team. You will support builders, interior designers, and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.
Responsibilities
* Assist customers in choosing the perfect bathroom products
* Create and manage customer quotes and orders via email and phone
* Use our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life
* Visit customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships
* Keep the showroom running smoothly and safely
Qualifications
* Previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customers
* Energetic, takes initiative and willing to learn and grow (no prior bathroom experience required)
* Comfortable with a computer and eager to learn new systems
* Open to working various shifts, including weekends
* A desire to develop their career locally or within the network or head office (we promote from within)
