About the Role
We are seeking a professional to provide administrative and brokerage support across our homelessness programs in Townsville.
As a key team member, you will work closely with clients who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness, providing essential services to aid their recovery and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and brokerage support across our homelessness programs
* Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop personalized plans for assistance
* Demonstrate strong customer service skills, working with sensitivity, privacy, and respect
* Show sound attention to detail and problem-solving ability, ensuring effective support and services
* Utilize excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel and shared MS Outlook inbox
