Albury Wodonga Health is looking for a permanent full-time Service Desk Officer in Albury to join their IT team. You will be responsible for providing first-level customer service support while maintaining effective communication with both staff and technical teams.
The ideal candidate will have a degree or relevant IT certification along with strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional customer service skills. A valid Australian Driver's license is also required, and experience in the public health sector is a plus.
