Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Health & Safety Consultant located in Geelong, VIC. The Health & Safety Consultant will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective health and safety compliance systems in alignment with relevant ISO standards and regulations. The role involves conducting risk assessments, delivering workplace safety training programs, providing expert recommendations to address health and safety challenges, and ensuring a safe, compliant work environment. You will collaborate with clients to build strategies that prioritise organisational safety and sustainability.
Qualifications
Ideally, a Tertiary Qualification (Degree or higher) in Business or prior work history of

* Training and assessing
* Experience in management operations and leadership
* Comprehensive understanding of general finance, forecasting, and budget setting, including reading P&L, cash flow, and balance sheets
* Ability to influence corporate cultures and delivery of strategic plans
