Reporting to the Scheduling manager, the Logistics Coordinator is responsible for planning and scheduling the movement of our gas products – which include bulk and packaged gases in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner.
Based in North Ryde, NSW you will be working towards providing a consistent and systematic approach to delivery planning for our products across Australia and New Zealand.
What you will enjoy doing
* Plan and schedule bulk and packaged product deliveries in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner in line with service requirements
* Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve scheduling accuracy, compliance and operational efficiency
* Ensure compliance with Enterprise Agreements (EA) and scheduling requirements
* Work closely with Customer Service Centre (CSC) teams and operational sites to support delivery outcomes
* Provide scheduling coverage and maintain continuity during team absences
* You will identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities to enhance business performance
* Work shifts as required to support business and time zone requirements
