Consumer Creative is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join the team.
This is a junior role, ideal for someone entering the job market and looking to build hands‐on experience across social media, content, campaigns and creative marketing.
Consumer Creative sits at the intersection of fashion, food and culture, working with some of the most exciting hospitality, lifestyle and consumer brands in Australia.
This is a fast‐paced role where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with the wider team across content shoots, campaign planning, social media management and brand activations, helping bring ideas to life across digital platforms.
We're looking for someone deeply online, creatively sharp and eager to learn. Someone who understands internet culture, social media and storytelling, and wants to grow within a young and ambitious agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with day‐to‐day social media management across client accounts
* Scheduling and publishing content across Instagram and TikTok
* Writing captions and supporting social copy development
* Assisting with shoots, content planning and campaign rollouts
* Community management and audience engagement
* Trend research and staying across internet culture and emerging platforms
* Supporting the wider creative and strategy team with marketing initiatives and activations
* General administrative and coordination support where required
About You
* Passionate about social media, content and marketing
* Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and digital culture
* Organised, proactive and detail‐oriented
* Comfortable working in a fast‐paced startup environment
* Strong communication and time‐management skills
* Interested in fashion, food, music and culture
* Bonus points if you shoot, edit or create content yourself.
* We care less about corporate experience and more about taste, attitude, work ethic and potential.
