HOBAN Recruitment are currently sourcing an experienced EL1 Assistant Product Owner to work with our client who is an independent statutory agency, responsible for supporting thousands of Australians with a significant and permanent disability and their families and carers.
The Service Design and Improvement Branch is responsible for identifying opportunities to improve internal service delivery processes and systems to provide better experiences for participants. The branch aims to improve the participant experience by identifying process improvements, then designing and delivering solutions to make improvements.

- ASAP, 12-month contract, with possibility of extension, pending business requirements.
**About the role**
- Working within an agile design squad, utilising the varied skills within the cross-functional team to achieve the team's objectives and goal.
- Leading the end-to-end delivery of projects through the design and build phases.
- Supporting Product Owner in presenting outputs and documentation for approval.
- Ensuring design & build priorities are clear, delivered and Product Owners are aware of risks.
- Defining requirements to support development of artefacts and user stories.
- Providing context of key design & build considerations while supporting and enabling teams.
- Facilitating stakeholder sessions and showcases with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring product is fit-for-purpose for both participants and internal end users.
