Most businesses have marketing happening. Very few have a digital marketing engine that is actually built, performing, and powered by AI.

This is a newly created role inside LK Group, and it exists because the ambition of this business has outgrown its current marketing capability. Across a genuinely diverse portfolio of businesses, to build something that performs at scale, and the CEO wants someone in this seat who already knows how to do it.

If you look at a marketing function without a clear digital framework, without AI embedded into its workflows, and without performance data driving every decision, and feel energised rather than cautious, this role was built for you.

The Role

You are coming in to build something real. Right now, marketing activity across the group is happening without a clear digital framework or AI backbone. You are the person who brings the strategy, the systems, and the implementation capability to change that.

Day to day, you will be:

* Planning, executing, and optimising performance marketing campaigns across paid and owned digital channels with a data first mindset, across the full portfolio
* Leading AI implementation across the marketing function, embedding tools into content creation, campaign workflows, reporting, and audience targeting to lift output quality and speed without compromising brand integrity
* Using Klaviyo to design and optimise email marketing sequences, with a test, learn, and iterate approach that consistently improves conversion performance
* Leveraging platforms including Performance Max and other AI driven ad tools to run smarter, more efficient campaigns across the group
* Delivering regular performance reporting that gives the CEO and key stakeholders a clear, honest read on what is working and what needs to change
* Building and maintaining a group wide marketing calendar that is grounded in data, planned well in advance, and visible to every team that works to it
* Keeping brand activity across the portfolio coherent and coordinated, with each brand feeling distinct but unmistakably connected to the broader group identity
* Leading, coaching, and developing your direct reports so they are clear, capable, and operating at their best
* Communicating proactively and transparently with the CEO, no surprises, always a clear point of view
Who We're Looking For

We want someone who is already operating in the world of performance marketing and AI and understand how to use these tools to drive measurable commercial outcomes.

You are the right fit if you:

* Have a proven track record in performance marketing, running and optimising digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels with clear results to show for it
* Have hands on experience implementing AI tools across a marketing function, including content generation, campaign optimisation, audience segmentation, and workflow automation.
* Are genuinely proficient with platforms like Performance Max, Meta Advantage, and other AI driven advertising tools, and are already using them to improve output and efficiency
* Have solid experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms, and know how to build and refine sequences that perform
* Bring strong social media marketing and influencer management experience that is authentic, strategic, and measurable
* Can lead people without leaning on authority. Your team follows you because you are clear, supportive, and credible
* Think in systems. You can look at a function without a framework and build one, and you can look at a workflow without AI and identify exactly where it should be
* Communicate with confidence and transparency, including when the results are not perfect

Desirable, but not essential:

* Experience managing marketing across a multi brand or group environment
* Familiarity with the property sector or other premium consumer facing industries
* Experience building or restructuring a marketing function from scratch, including establishing performance measurement frameworks
